Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. The series began with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook was seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. At age 10, Cook started working as a child printer model, appearing in nationwide Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School.
